With 3200 sq. ft. this charming cottage is perfect for a maximum of 12 people or up to four families. There is a wall unit full of books and board games for all ages when inside the cottage, as well as noodles, tubes, life jackets and floating chairs for fun in the water.

There are three levels consisting of lower level walkout, main floor and loft.  The lower level walkout has a full bathroom, one bedroom with queen size bed, 42"Plasma TV with DVD and surround sound, pool table,  ping pong table and dart board in rec room area and a full laundry room. The main floor has a full modern kitchen with dishwasher, compactor, wine fridge, LCD TV, microwave, gas stove and large fridge with ice and water dispenser. 

The kitchen looks out over a large deck that houses a gas bar-b-q and plenty of sitting area.  There is also a screened in porch for lounging in the evening and spending the night with friends playing cards.  There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor (1 queen, 1 double, 2 single bunk beds), 1 large  bathroom and a small rear deck. 

The main floor living area has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace as well as a 27" LCD TV.  The floor to ceiling windows provide a beautiful view of the lake and allow for plenty of natural light.  The loft is equipped with a sitting area, leather couch, rocking chair & coffee table as well as 3 single beds.  The loft, living room, master bedroom and screened in porch have remote controlled ceiling fans.
